CardioSignal Inc. announces US market entry with its novel technology for remote cardiac care, focusing on improving earlier detection of atrial fibrillation and heart failure with a smartphone.

As a first result of the collaboration, CardioSignal atrial fibrillation detection becomes available in OMRON connect app Premium Service in selected countries in Europe.

CardioSignal has won the Kasvu Open award for the Growth Company of the Year. Kasvu Open, one of the biggest startup sparring and acceleration programs in Finland, chose the winners among 200 small and mid-sized companies.

CardioSignal, Inc. and JISEKI Health announced their upcoming collaboration. The companies plan to virtualize a care path for earlier detection of heart disease, starting from initial patient engagement, identifying at-risk individuals, and initiating remote patient monitoring. The goal is to improve early detection and health outcomes especially in vulnerable populations.

CardioSignal makes reliable heart disease detection available to smartphone users. An ambitious cybersecurity strategy is crucial to achieve accessibility and trust in new remote care models the company is developing with its customers globally.

With results that compare well with existing clinical methods, this study demonstrates the value of using motion sensor technology, available in most commercial smartphones today, for the detection of clinical heart failure. The multi-site study was conducted at three hospitals, including Stanford University Hospital, Turku University Hospital, and Helsinki University Hospital.
